Joe has Worked in a number of industry sectors from Multinational Blue-chip Companies through to the SME sector including, electronics, food, engineering, construction and software. John Ennis is an AI and Digital Innovation professional at LeanBPI, helping small business owners use AI to improve performance, drive growth, and reduce operational stress. With 25 years’ experience in technology leadership at Microsoft, he brings deep expertise in cloud, AI, and digital transformation. John specialises in practical, accessible AI adoption for Irish SMEs, with a strong focus on lean improvements that deliver measurable impact.

Gordon has an engineering background and strong experience working with small and growing businesses across manufacturing and operations.

He helps SMEs improve how their business runs day-to-day, from planning and data management to lean processes and systems. His work includes building simple capacity models, improving planning, and giving business owners clearer visibility on performance.

Gordon focuses on practical solutions that work in the real world. He takes complex information and turns it into clear, manageable actions. With a straightforward and hands-on approach, he helps businesses get control of their operations, identify bottlenecks, and build a solid foundation for growth.

Alan is a digital transformation consultant with 15 years of experience across the public sector, utilities, FMCG, manufacturing, retail and non-profit organisations. He has worked in systems implementation, technical project management and data protection. He has implemented ERP, CRM, HRIS and LMS platforms, and delivered automation and process improvement initiatives.

His current work includes data standardisation, digital capability development and the practical use of AI. Alan holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems, a postgraduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence, and certificates in digital transformation, telemedicine and digital health. He also holds professional qualifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma, data protection and data governance.

Arslan is a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable web applications and automation systems. He specializes in backend development using PHP, Laravel, and Google Apps Script, along with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.

With a strong focus on user experience and efficiency, he helps businesses streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and build reliable digital solutions.

Ailís Crowley has a Postgraduate in Sustainability in Enterprise from University College Cork, and is the founder of FASH Forward. FASH Forward’s mission is to save 1 million items from Landfill by 2030 by engaging companies in the circular economy and waste reduction through workshops.

Prior to this Ailís worked  in London for 7+ years for Yahoo, as a Senior Client Partner, pitching advertising solutions to key clients and managing strategic relationships.

Stephen Tripp is an experienced business consultant and sustainability advisor working with SMEs across Ireland to embed sustainability into their day-to-day operations.

With over 25 years’ experience founding and scaling businesses, he brings strong commercial insight alongside practical sustainability expertise.

Stephen supports businesses with ESG strategy, climate action planning, and sustainability reporting, helping them make clear, achievable improvements that strengthen performance.

He combines hands-on experience with formal training in sustainability, including a Postgraduate qualification in Business Sustainability Leadership from TU Dublin.
