Mac’s Deli is a food service business providing freshly prepared deli products and catering, supplying customers with made-to-order meals in a fast-paced environment.

We worked with Mac’s Deli to redesign their order entry and production workflow using lean principles, replacing manual processes with a simple digital system that improved accuracy, reduced rework, and streamlined the flow of orders from front-of-house to production.
